Orana Wildlife Park specialises in getting visitors up close and personal with the animals. There is plenty for visitors to enjoy at the Park with fifteen daily animal feeds, one feed approximately every 40 minutes whilst the Park is open! Visitors can hand feed giraffe, meet rhino up close, see a tiger search for food, travel through the Lion reserve (costs and conditions apply) and much more! An extensive collection of New Zealand native species is of particular appeal for visitors. Observe New Zealand kiwi, tuatara and a range of endangered birds. Orana Wildlife Park has one of the most comprehensive public displays of native geckos. A farmyard area enables visitors to pet a range of domestic animals.
